I lost/damaged a part, what now?
When its raining a lot outside we can imagine that you make good use of your Happy Umbrella! In that case it could happen that you lose a part or after intensive use a part gets damaged. The loose parts of your umbrella can be bought seperately from the store where you purchased your umbrella.
How should I open and close my AOC (Auto Open / Close) Happy umbrella?
To open (and to close) the umbrella: Push the
button on umbrella. To reset: Firmly grasp the collapsed canopy and push the handle (as shown below) to fully reset the automatic open and close function
