We provide 6 months limited warranty. We want to offer our customers the best experience possible, therefore we strive to handle your warranty claim within a week, but we'll always try to be even quicker!



What does it mean for me?

This simply means that your Happy umbrella, that was purchased from our webstore / shop and shows manufacturing defects (before using the umbrella) within the warranty period, always is replaced with a new umbrella, free of charge! Please provide us a copy of invoice/receipt and a an umbrella. And we will do the needful.


You bought your Happy umbrella from a webshop

Contact us and send your umbrella and receipt to our store. We will replace it with new umbrella.


You bought your Happy umbrella from a store

Take your umbrella and receipt to the store where you bought it from. They will handle your warranty and will solve it for you. You don't have to contact us for this.


You got your Happy umbrella from elsewhere or got it as a gift

When you can't turn to the original selling point please contact us by mailing sagargroup@live.in. Give us as much information possible about the umbrella like pictures, copy of the receipt and a detailed description of the defect but also mention how you got your Happy umbrella and how long you've had it.
