Terms & Conditions

1. 1.     Order amendment and cancellation: As long as delivery status is pending, you may amend or cancel your order. After dispatch,
              order cannot be amended or cancelled.

1. 2.     Replacement and refund: At the time of delivery if the ordered item is damaged, then it will be replaced within 3 (three) working days or
             else the full amount will be refunded within 15 (fifteen) working days. Anyway we will attempt to replace the product within 24 hours or refund the
             amount within 5 (five) working days.

1. 3.     Product warranty: We provide 6 (six) months warranty. Warranty only includes manufacturing defects. It does not include any damages
              due to regular use.

1. 4.     Product delivery: As of now, we don’t accept orders for delivery outside Mumbai. Ordered item will be delivered within 3 (three) working
             days.

1. 5.     Dispute resolution: In event of any dispute, the decision of Sagar Sons, Mumbai is final.
