How long is the warranty period?
6 monthslimited warranty. This simply means that your Happy umbrella, that was purchased from our webstore / shop and shows manufacturing defects (before using the umbrella) within the warranty period, always is replaced with a new umbrella, free of charge! Please provide us a copy of invoice/receipt and an umbrella. And we will do the needful.
Who can I contact when something is wrong with my Happy umbrella?
Officially your vendor is responsible for handling your claim and your purchase receipt serves as your warranty. You can go back to the store of purchase with your receipt and broken umbrella.
